Kalan's Wiggly Birthday Party!

On the long weekend Kalan celebrated his second birthday with family and friends.


Kalan's two friends Paige and Lachlan came to play with him.

Chelsea and Kalan filled went with Mum to the balloon shop and filled up some balloons with helium. we hada Wiggle foil balloon with all the different characters on it and the latex balloons were blue, red, yellow and purple. Chelsea insisted we have a pink balloon as well in honour of the pink Wiggle. The pink Wiggle is Kylie Minogue who guest stars for one song in the dvd Go Bananas! (of course she wears a pink shirt)


















Chelsea and Kalan helped fill up the pinata with lots of different lollies and chocolates.
Kalan Chelsea, Lachlan, Paige,William, Ashton and Lainee held different coloured ribbons from the Wiggle pinata and watched all the lollies fall out. After filling up there goodie bags they went off to play.


Dad was very busy cooking food for the adults. The guests ate noodles, fried rice and dumplings and a seafood salad. Chelsea helped Mum make party food for the children at the party. This included chocolate cupcakes, honey joys and fairy bread.




Kalan had two birthday cakes. One special yummy chocolate cake that Mum made and another cake for the guests to eat. Chelsea helped decorate the cake with chocolate icing and Mum found a Wiggle edible image to put on the cake. Kalan was very interested in the edible images that were on both cake.




Then it was cake time and Kalan put on his Wiggle party hat.





Everyone then sang 'Happy Birthday' to Kalan. Kalan then ate/played with his party cake!

(The following day he got out the Wiggle edible image and started to sing Happy Birthday to himself.)

Kalan got some lovely presents and cards. Some of these were Thomas the Tank pyjamas, clothes, train set, duplo, tonka truck, Little people car wash, a Greg Wiggle doll, and Big Red car. He had lots of fun opening and playing with his presents.

















After giving out some Wiggle goodie bags Kalan waved bye to everyone.
Then he fell asleep in bed on his Wiggle pillow.
