Now That I Am Three..............

A lot of things have changed since I was two years old. I have been toilet trained and now wear undies like a big girl now. I also go to swimming lessons without Mum being in the pool. Now Mum and Kalan can enjoy watching from the the side of the pool. My teachers name is Deb and I swim with my friends Jorja and Gabriella.

The things I like to do at the moment are play/watch Strawberry Shortcake dolls/dvds and dress up my Keri ( Snap n' Style) dolls into different outfits. I quite often play with my Disney princess figurines. I like to pair the princesses up and pretend they are dancing at the ball.

The best thing that has happened in the last year is I have gained a little brother named Kalan who I love to play with!

The Berry Bestest Birthday Party Every!

On Sunday was party day! Chelsea had lots of family and friends attend her Strawberry Shortcake Party! Her friends that attended were Jorja, Gabriella, Elise, Lainee, Taya and her cousin Ashton. Chelsea wore her special Strawberry Shortcake dress and Aunty Shell made her hair pretty hair.

There was lots of yummy food thanks to Mum and Dad! Mum was in charge of organising the children's party food and Dad in charge of the adults. Mum's menu was a all Strawberry Shortcake relate. We had Ginger Snaps, Honeypie Joys, Cupcakes with pink icing, Blueberry muffins, Fairy bread, strawberry yogurt, juice and strawberry milk to drink. Dad feed the adults yummy fried rice, noodles, potato salad and barbie meat. Uncle Michael helped out with cooking the barbecue.

While Dad and Chelsea went to pick up the cake Mum finished off any last decorations that needed to be put out. Mum put out Strawberry Shortcake plates, napkins, blowouts and hats for the guests to use at the party. Had two Strawberry Shortcake castles around. The huge one that Dad and Chelsea built last week. Then a small pink Strawberry Shortcake castle that Mum used as a centrepiece for the outside table.

The first friend to arrive was Gabriella and Chelsea and her played Keri dolls together while waiting for everyone else to arrive. Afterwards the girls went and cooked in the kitchen playhouse outside and Elise,Taya and Lainee arrived. After eating party food Jorja arrived and the party games began.

The first party game was the Strawberry Shortcake pinata!

All the girls got to hold a piece of string and pull until all the goodies came out.

Then after picking up all the goodies that fell out the girls then went inside listened to Strawberry shortcake music and played pass the parcel. The last turn of pass the parcel was Chelsea. She was very excited to open it up and find a Strawberry Shortcake doll in it whose name is Rainbow Sherbet.

Afterwards Chelsea, Ashton, and Elise took turns in blowing bubbles that smelt like strawberry.

Then it was time for Strawberry Shortcake Birthday Cake! YUMMY!

The birthday cake was a rectangle shaped and covered in pink icing and rainbow sprinkles around the outside. It was a vanilla sponge with jam in the middle and had a picture of Strawberry Shortcake in a tiara and pink princess dress. Mum stuck little Strawberry Shortcake dolls around the top of the cake. After everyone sang Happy Birthday to Chelsea she blew out her Strawberry Shortcake candle.

Chelsea then said goodbye to her friends and gave her friends a Strawberry Shortcake goodie bag, stickers and a colouring in book.

After nearly everyone had left Ashton helped her open/play with her presents!

She got lovely presents from everyone!

Some of these included a baby bath, highchair, books, clothes, jigsaw puzzles, A Rainbow bear, Snapn' style dolls and wardrobe.

Chelsea had a berry good time at her Strawberry Shortcake Birthday Party!

Chelsea's Birthday!

On the Friday it was Chelsea's birthday!

Chelsea is getting really excited now with only two more sleeps left before party day.

We had a busy day buying food and getting things ready for the party.

After lunch Mum let Chelsea open up her parcel from Aunty Lys and Uncle Brett had sent in the mail. Chelsea was over the moon as it was Strawberry shortcake clothes, stickers and a birthday card. The birthday card she loved as it had all the different Strawberry Shortcake characters on it. (A huge thank you by the way!)

Preparing For Chelsea's Third Birthday Party!

It was a lot of hard work preparing for Chelsea 's Strawberry Shortcake Party so Chelsea helped Mum prepare some decorations days before the party began.

We redecorate a pink pinata with Strawberry Shortcake paper we had and Chelsea help wrap some surprises to put in the pinata for all her friends.

Chelsea also traced some strawberry shapes on red cardboard for Mum to cut out so we could decorate the yard outside to make it look like strawberry patches.

On Saturday we went to the balloon shop to fill up some cool Strawberry Shortcake balloons with helium that Mum had order online.

Chelsea loved playing with her balloons!

Chelsea's Huge Castle!

Dad promised to make Chelsea a castle for all her dolls to play in so a week before her party Dad got lots of huge boxes from his work and constructed a huge castle. Chelsea helped decorate with pink paint.
