Ashton's Birthday!

On the weekend we helped Ashton celebrate his fourth birthday.


















Kalan and Chelsea had a lovely time at his party.
Both had a great time playing outside in the garden. Kalan was on the tricycle that Donny (a cousin of Ashton) was was helping him. Chelsea had fun jumping on the trampoline with another girl named Poppy. Later in the afternoon both went inside and played with some kitchen toys and some balloons.




After a yummy dinner it was time for cake. Ashton is really into soccer! He had awesome soccer ball cake with a boy figure on top in a red and white soccer strip. Both Chelsea and Kalan ate some yummy chocolate cake and watched Ashton open up some birthday presents.

Thomas Show!

On Tuesday Chelsea, Kalan and Ashton went to the Thomas show.
It was a great show and all three children had lots of fun.
Before the show started they each picked a Thomas light wand to play with and read some Thomas books.


During the show they watched with great interest!































It was a musical stage show about Thomas and his friends working together to bring the circus to
the Island of Sodor. In the circus were three performers a weightlifter, an acrobat and a clown.
Chelsea favourite was the girl acrobat dressed in a pink tutu who did different tricks on the hula hoop. Kalan enjoyed Harold the flying helicopter. Here he is reading the program at intermission.
